Teen Summer Reading

All are invited to our outdoor kickoff event! There isll be sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and indoor "duck hunt", yummy treats, and more! Register for the Summer Reading Program and receive a small incentive gift.
Westin Harmon, one of our teen patrons, will dazzle and delight us with his tricks and sleight of hand.
Choose a colorful 3” pot in which to plant a succulent. Eight pots will be available. First come, first served.
Kids and teens are invited to view the movie Tangled (rated PG). Snacks will be served.
Come and create a scavenger hunt for the kids!. Teens will be coloring and hiding butterflies in plain sight in the Children's Department. The scavenger hunt for the kids will run all month long.
Bluegrass, old time, Celtic, sea shanty lovers rejoice! Michigan folksinger and Earthwork Music artist, Ben Traverse, is coming to the library for a sea shanty singalong. This is an all ages show (Please note that some shanties include lyrics about alcohol consumption and war)
